Pre-Retirement Workshop
According to recent government research, less than half the retired people in the UK feel happy on the first day of their retirement. One in 10 of the 1,000 over fifties surveyed said they felt anxious, sad or lost about retiring
Retirement is not only about adjusting to life on a pension – it’s about a change in how you see yourself and how others see you. You can help make the mental adjustment to retirement with our new Pre-Retirement Workshop. This one-day workshop is for people who are retiring in the next 6 months. It systematically reviews the changes you need to consider and helps you see options you may not have considered.
Customer Service Workshop
This one-day workshop is for companies that offer a technical service to their clients – such as an IT helpdesk. It develops people’s awareness of their interaction skills with their clients. It helps people understand themselves and others so that they can predict situations where there is likely to be a clash and avoid it.
