Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) and Hogan Development Survey (HDS) introduced for selection and development

Chromis psychologists are now licensed touse two of the well respected Hogan personality instruments – HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory) and HDS (Hogan Development Survey).

HPI measures the‘bright side’ of personality, the side that you and other people know. It isdesigned to predict job performance rather than simply describe candidates andis ideal for selection as well as development.

HDS measures the ‘darkside’ of personality and identifies potential patterns of dysfunctionalbehaviour. Such behaviours can have a critical impact on performance and may beunknown to individuals. HDS raises awareness of these behaviours is a key resourcefor coaching and leadership development.
