Quintax® Training now available across the South West
15/10/10 13:19:56Chromis are now running training programmes in Quintax Personality Questionnaire and BPS Level B across the South West and South Wales. Quintax is a powerful and innovative personality questionnaire. It is used by HR professionals, managers and consultants to help make better selection decisions and as part of their development programmes. Quintax is published by Stuart Robertson & Associates Ltd and we’re delighted to be partnering with SR&A to offer the training in our region on their behalf. You need no prior qualification to train as a Quintax Authorised User. If you already hold a BPS Level A qualification, you can join our BPS Level B programme incorporating Quintax training.
WAVE®Performance 360 offers cost effective feedback

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) and Hogan Development Survey (HDS) introduced for selection and development
04/10/10 14:26:46Chromis psychologists are now licensed to use two of the well respected Hogan personality instruments – HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory) and HDS (Hogan Development Survey). HPI measures the ‘bright side’ of personality, the side that you and other people know. It is designed to predict job performance rather than simply describe candidates and is ideal for selection as well as development. HDS measures the ‘dark side’ of personality and identifies potential patterns of dysfunctional behaviour. Such behaviours can have a critical impact on performance and may be unknown to individuals. HDS raises awareness of these behaviours is a key resource for coaching and leadership development. We’re offering HPI and HDS as part of selection, coaching and leadership development.
