Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) and Hogan Development Survey (HDS) introduced for selection and development

04/10/10 14:26:46

Chromis psychologists are now licensed to use two of the well respected Hogan personality instruments – HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory) and HDS (Hogan Development Survey). HPI measures the ‘bright side’ of personality, the side that you and other people know. It is designed to predict job performance rather than simply describe candidates and is ideal for selection as well as development. HDS measures the ‘dark side’ of personality and identifies potential patterns of dysfunctional behaviour. Such behaviours can have a critical impact on performance and may be unknown to individuals. HDS raises awareness of these behaviours is a key resource for coaching and leadership development. We’re offering HPI and HDS as part of selection, coaching and leadership development.
